Pokkit works a bit differently to ChatGPT – it’s trained on a wide range of cyber security scenarios and IT issues, so it’s tailored to better suit your needs. By contrast, ChatGPT is very general and often pulls its information from US sources, which might not always be applicable here in the UK.

Pokkit is for everyone – sole traders and SMEs who don’t have the budget for a full IT department but want something more robust than just Googling a problem, and big organisations like councils and schools who need a bit of extra support. 

Because it works through WhatsApp, all you need to use it is a smartphone that supports it. WhatsApp is available for Android phones running Android OS 5.0 or later, or iPhones running iOS 15.1 or later.
